RETURNS POLICY
Order Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched. We're sorry, but we can't cancel your order once it's been dispatched.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly execute an exchange or refund.
• Please inspect all of the products in the order after receiving the shipments.
• Product photos will not accurately portray the exact physical color of our products due to lighting and camera variances.
• For a refund, only items in fresh, unused condition with the original manufacturer packaging will be accepted.
• Non-refundable items include those in the clearance section, warehouse sale section, or those tagged clearance, discontinued, visual flaws, or closeout. All clearance and warehouse sales are included.
We are not liable for returns that do not include a tracking number or delivery confirmation indicating that the shipment was received in our warehouse. Return the things using a traceable and insured manner, such as UPS or FedEx. Returns should be packed in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with adequate packing materials to guarantee that the goods arrives in excellent condition at our warehouse.
REFUNDS
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and for usage in the United States and Canada. Before warranty servicing may be conducted, a purchase receipt, purchase order number, or other verification of the original purchase date is necessary. The guarantee only covers the replacement of the sunhouse. Unless ordered by a Sunhouse professional, no warranty servicing will be offered to any appliance that has been tampered with.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on parts, as well as damage caused by careless or improper use of the appliance, failure to follow operating instructions, failure to
provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone unless directed by a Sunhouse Representative.
This warranty does not apply to units used outside of the United States and Canada. Furthermore, damage caused by Acts of God, such as fire, water, hurricanes, and tornadoes, is not covered by the guarantee.
Sunhouse does not cover the cost of shipping for warranty servicing.
A Sunhouse Representative is a person who works for the company Sunhouse.
Sunhouse's liability, if any, for any allegedly faulty appliance or part shall be limited to replacement of the appliance or part and shall not exceed the purchase price of a similar replacement appliance or part, to the extent permitted by applicable law. WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT(S) COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLIANCES(S), INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED HEREBY.
Sunhouse is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or performance of the appliance, including damages for any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, removal or installation costs, or other consequential damages of any kind. Some provinces and states ban the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, you may be exempt from the previous restriction.
In addition to any rights or remedies granted under this limited guarantee, you as the buyer may have other rights and remedies under applicable state or provincial legislation.
